Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• Proficiency with a variety of surgical procedures and OR technology
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Adaptable, quick to learn new protocols and systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care for a diverse caseload
• Prepare OR environments, ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and medications are ready
• Circulate and scrub as required for a variety of surgical specialties
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to uphold best practices in patient safety
• Monitor and document patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control measures and hospital policies
