Call Center Representative - $29/hr - Rockville, MD

Our client, a nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland. About The Job: Serve as a Participant Advocate, assisting members with benefits, eligibility, claims, enrollment, and other healthcare plan inquiries Research and resolve participant concerns while providing compassionate, professional customer service Collaborate with internal teams, providers, vendors, unions, and employers to support participants and resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation and assist with enrollment, disability, and other participant-related processes About You: High School Diploma required 1+ year of receptionist, scheduler, or customer service experience required Healthcare, insurance, or TPA experience preferred Typing speed of 40+ WPM Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others About The Position: Start Date: 9/8 Hourly Pay: $29/hr Hourly Pay Conversion: $30-$33/hr Fully onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be comfortable with a potential 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM shift upon conversion Reliable transportation required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
