Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and post-operative patients.
Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and electronic medical records preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with referring physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff.
