B2B Outside Sales Representative

Leak Gopher is seeking a motivated and energetic B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our dealer network and generate new business opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, builders, and other industry professionals through face-to-face visits, outbound calls, and follow-up communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable with door-to-door business development, cold calling, product demonstrations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate must be able to confidently explain Leak Gopher's water leak detection and automatic shutoff solutions and help customers understand the value of protecting homes and properties from costly water damage. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily in-person visits to plumbing companies, HVAC contractors, builders, and property management companies. Generate new sales leads and dealer opportunities through door-to-door prospecting. Make outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to prospective customers and existing leads. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations. Clearly explain Leak Gopher products, features, benefits, installation requirements, and dealer programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Leak Gopher solutions. Record and update all sales activities, meetings, and lead information in the CRM system. Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings when required. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotions. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales goals. Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting. Ability to confidently present products and conduct demonstrations. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to plumbers, HVAC contractors, builders, or property managers. Knowledge of leak detection, plumbing, water management, or construction-related products. Experience with lead generation and account management.
