Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional looking to step into a management role where you can shape strategy, lead a team and drive business growth?


We're working with a leading homecare provider to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team during an exciting period of investment and expansion.


The Opportunity


Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity across customer acquisition and recruitment while managing a small digital team.


This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take initiative and drive projects, with responsibility for improving lead generation, website performance and campaign effectiveness while supporting the wider business growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM and email marketing campaigns.
• Drive website optimisation and improve customer journeys through data and analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and lead generation using GA4 and CRM reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop Digital Marketing Assistants.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver digital marketing objectives.
• Support budget management, reporting and continuous campaign optimisation.

The Ideal Candidate


You'll have previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing role, with strong knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, SEO, GA4 and CRM platforms.


We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, data-driven and confident managing projects and people. Previous experience within healthcare or another lead generation environment would be advantageous.


Package

• £37,000-£45,000 basic salary
• Annual discretionary bonus

Interview Process

• Stage 1: Teams interview with the Head of Digital Marketing
• Stage 2: Face-to-face interview with senior marketing leadership
