Commercial CSR
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. As a Commercial CSR, you will play a vital role in managing and servicing a diverse book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts. Compensation Package

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business with $3-5 million in premium, focusing on middle-market accounts.
Review and understand policies thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle a variety of accounts, including construction and contractor clients.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Collaborate with team members to cross-sell personal lines of insurance when applicable.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with three days in-office required.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
