$48–$53/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This role focuses on helping residents improve functional performance, safety, and independence through individualized occupational therapy services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and identify barriers affecting daily living activities
• Develop treatment programs focused on mobility, self-care, cognition, coordination, and upper extremity function
• Provide hands-on therapy and educate residents on adaptive techniques and equipment use
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, and families to support resident goals and discharge planning
• Complete accurate documentation and monitor treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
