Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Services Job Description The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients experiencing a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence due to injuries or medical conditions. The acute services are centered out of a community-based critical access hospital, focusing on one-on-one outpatient services with therapist-driven treatment times. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitation needs. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license. Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
