Position Summary

The business development representative at Digital Diagnostics (DDI) is a quota-carrying, revenue-generation role responsible for accelerating new revenue growth. DDI is seeking a persistent, high-energy sales professional to generate introductory meetings with hospital decision-makers. This is not a traditional SDR role focused on activity metrics. Success in this position comes from turning targeted outreach into qualified executive-level meetings through disciplined follow-up, professional persistence, and strong phone skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, navigating gatekeepers, following up repeatedly over weeks or months, and securing commitments from busy healthcare executives. You will work directly with DDI leadership to create new sales opportunities and expand relationships within target hospital accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within hospitals and health systems
• Execute coordinated outreach campaigns using email and phone
• Convert cold and prospects into scheduled introductory meetings with qualified hospital executives.
• Conduct persistent, professional follow-up to keep prospects engaged and moving toward a meeting commitment. Navigate executive assistants, gatekeepers, and organizational structures to gain access to decision-makers.
