About the Job Senior PLM Engineer – Sweden. Design, configure, and implement Siemens Teamcenter solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments that transform product lifecycle processes. Your role will include Understanding customer challenges and translating requirements into tangible solutions. Technical implementation and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter for clients. Documenting configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance. Keeping up-to-date with PLM developments and providing innovative solutions. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality integrated solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and post‑go‑live support. Translating business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders. What you bring to the table Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM systems and proven client project experience. Ability to design, configure, and deploy engineering solutions across multi‑client environments. Direct customer experience – understanding system setup, data migration, and integrations. Experience with PLM architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations, hands‑on in Teamcenter (or other PLM platforms). Engineering industry background is an advantage.
