Why You'll Love It Design-build advantage: In-house design and self-perform teams mean you learn the whole building, not just the paperwork Flat structure: Make decisions and own outcomes without five layers of approval Ground-floor opportunity: A growing Reno division backed by a major Bay Area GC Nevada advantage: No state income tax, Reno-Tahoe living What You'll Do Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; keep logs current and the field unblocked Coordinate subcontractors and support buyout, scopes, and change orders Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and document control Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and long-lead management Review drawings and specs; flag conflicts and constructability issues early Assist with cost tracking, budgets, and pay applications Support QC walks, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout Work closely with superintendents and self-perform crews in the field What You'll Bring Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related - or equivalent experience 2-5 years with a commercial general contractor as a PE or APM Working knowledge of RFI/submittal workflows, subcontractor coordination, and cost basics Proficiency in construction management software (Procore or similar), Bluebeam, and MS Office Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, team-first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
