Project Coordinator/Specialist - PMO

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator/Specialist to assist the Project Manager with responsibilities, including assisting with technical writing for the close-out process.What You'll Do:Support project definition and close out of complex electrical utility projectsCollaborate across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teamsTrack project progress and assist with documentation, permitting, and complianceParticipate in site visits, inspections, and stakeholder communicationsThis is a hybrid remote & onsite role that will regularly require support at project sites in California as well as visits to the client officeRequired Qualifications:Min 2 years of experience functioning in a project administration, project operations, project controls and/or project management capacity within a fast-paced environment where you owned the process life cycle(s) from beginning to end.Experience managing or supporting utility, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or capital projects in regulated industries.Ability to assist with supporting projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessaryPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP, Primavera Unifier, ProjectWise, Tableau, PowerBIPMP Certification - DesiredNot quite right for you? The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans.
