Job Description What we are looking for in a General Superintendent: Ability and desire to mentor - Will have double digits reports! Ability to manage conflict and handle difficult situations Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing Servant leadership style - focus on teamwork and winning together. Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including subcontractors and labor teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to align goals and expectations. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction projects. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting. Promote a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
