Are You Up for the Challenge?

Our Berks County Division located in Reading, PA is looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Parts Manager responsible for overseeing the parts department within the division, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of replacement parts, providing customer service, with a focus on maintaining proper stock levels and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing.

What You Will Do:

• Work with vendors to receive quotes
• Forecast parts needs and order parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Collaborating with managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Enter purchase orders on our IMS system
• Follow-up and trouble-shooting orders and shipping errors
• Data entry
• Basic Office duties i.e., filing, copying paperwork and scanning documents etc.
• Work environment in a garage setting
• As well as other duties as assigned

What You Have:

• One (1) to two (2) years' experience as a Parts Clerk or Manager required
• Excellent Customer Service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Inventory, Invoicing, and Purchase Order experience required

What You May Have:

• Experience with auto parts or truck parts
