Your Role

Utilize our advanced platform alongside your network to source potential healthcare candidates

Engage potential candidates in conversation about MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest

Facilitate appointments between candidates and recruiters for thorough screenings

Provide continuous follow-up with leads to nurture their interest and support their hiring journey

Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires sourced from your leads
