What You’ll Be Doing As a Collections Care Specialist, you are the face of Genesis in the field and at our partner sites. This role blends patient care, specimen collection, logistics, and relationship management. No two days are the same—and that’s the point. Requirements 1+ year of direct patient care or customer service experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems (Genuin, EMR/EHR) Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization Professional communication (written and verbal) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus Points If You Have Phlebotomy, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification Experience in specimen collection or lab environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Strong time management and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis Reference Labs
