The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our Cedar Ridge Center located in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. For nurse practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For physician assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure for PAs is also required, along with NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where permitted, APRNs should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: USD $104,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
