Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on our lot or showroom floor
• Listen to customer needs, recommend suitable used vehicles, and conduct test drives
• Demonstrate vehicle features and explain benefits
• Handle negotiations, trade-ins, and financing options
• Close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
• Maintain knowledge of our used inventory and market trends

Competitive compensation: Uncapped commission-based earnings with potential for six figures for top performers (base/draw available for new hires)

Comprehensive benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off.

Experience in automotive sales preferred but not mandatory

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays.
