Travel Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Brockton, Massachusetts

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour PM shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with a minimum of 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to independently interpret telemetry rhythm strips and accurately identify heart blocks (must pass Day 1 Telemetry Test at 84% or higher)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Preferred: Previous travel nurse assignments and critical care experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care in a high-volume emergency department setting
• Accurately conduct patient assessments and interventions, including advanced cardiac monitoring
• Respond effectively in fast-paced, evolving clinical situations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with hospital policies
