Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, follow-up opportunities, and inbound sales opportunities.
• Ask for the sale with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Continuously improve through coaching, call reviews, training, AI tools, and personal development.

Requirements

• Hold an active Florida 4-40 or 20-44 insurance license.
• Are naturally competitive and motivated by winning.
• Have confidence without arrogance.
• Enjoy talking with people and aren't afraid to ask for the sale.
• Want to dramatically improve your income and your future.
• Take ownership instead of making excuses.
• Thrive in an environment with clear expectations and measurable goals.

• Preferrable with minimum of 2 years experience as a Licensed Insurance Sales Rep
