Service Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator to serve as the technical and operational hub supporting our field service team. This role plays a critical part in keeping work moving efficiently by coordinating technicians, schedules, materials, and job progress-resolving issues before they require management escalation.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a field technician with strong background in fire sprinkler systems
Technical or vocational training in fire alarm systems or related field preferred
NICET Certifications strongly preferred
Comfortable managing multiple work orders, priorities, and technician needs simultaneously
Plumbing backgrounds may be considered if experience closely aligns with sprinkler systems
