Property Manager

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. This role manages tenant and client relationships, budgets, vendors, building operations, capital projects, and property staff to maximize property value and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Oversee the overall performance and daily operations of assigned properties. Manage tenant, client, vendor, contractor, and other external relationships. Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, communication, and productivity. Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Prepare monthly property reports and financial updates for clients. Supervise property and operational staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and work assignments. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and building improvements. Manage tenant improvement and capital projects, including contractors, bids, budgets, specifications, and project execution. Inspect properties and building systems to identify maintenance and operational needs. Obtain and evaluate vendor and contractor bids and provide recommendations to clients. Oversee leases, rent collection, vendor payments, and property-related financial transactions. Coordinate tenant alterations, maintenance, and other services in accordance with leases and management agreements. Assist with tenant evictions and other legal/property matters as needed. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in property/building management. Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, vendor management, and capital projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced property management environment.
