Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No on-call or weekend requirements
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a growing and supportive dental team in Leavenworth, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates to build a rewarding career while delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures
Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school (required)
Active Kansas Dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed daily compensation of $800, providing stable earnings from day one.
Performance-based earning potential after 3 months: Receive 28% of collections or $800/day, whichever is greater, allowing you to maximize your income as your patient base grows.
50% employer-paid health insurance (effective January 2027)
