About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development of a modern, data-driven marketing function. This executive will be tasked with defining and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving customer acquisition, and leading multi-channel demand generation programs. A key focus will be on shaping the brand's value proposition and narrative to resonate with technical buyers, as well as elevating the brand from a transactional supplier to a strategic partner. The role also involves close collaboration with sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment and support revenue growth across complex sales channels. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years' progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation and revenue growth within complex sales environments. Experience in supporting channel, distribution, or contractor-driven go-to-market models is highly relevant. The role requires a leader with a strong grasp of modern marketing technology, including CRM, automation, analytics, and AI tools, and a history of building and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to operate strategically while also being a hands-on leader. Responsibilities also include team leadership, budget management, and driving the adoption of modern tools and capabilities.
