Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Collaborate with field operations, estimators, architects, engineers, and ownership groups. Track project financial performance and proactively address risks and challenges. Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting. Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities. Manage projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, senior living, and residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, schedules, and budgets. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with design-build and construction management delivery methods. Background managing projects across multiple market sectors. Familiarity with fast-track construction projects.
