This individual serves as the steward of the ElleVet brand, ensuring a clear, compelling, and consistent voice that resonates with diverse audiences, including veterinary professionals, pet owners, and industry stakeholders. This role goes beyond content creation. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who understands how to translate business objectives, scientific expertise, and brand positioning into meaningful communications that strengthen awareness, credibility, and customer engagement. They will own how the company presents itself to the market and ensure that messaging across all channels accurately reflects the organization’s mission, values, and competitive differentiation. The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, partnering across departments to ensure the ElleVet story is communicated consistently and effectively to every audience. Own and evolve the company’s brand positioning, voice, messaging, and communications strategy. Serve as the primary steward of the ElleVet brand, ensuring consistency across all customer‑facing and internal communications. Develop messaging frameworks tailored to key audiences, including veterinary professionals, pet owners, retail partners, and industry stakeholders. Translate complex scientific, clinical, and technical information into compelling, audience‑specific communications that build understanding and trust. Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that support business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Oversee content strategy across digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website content, advertising, public relations, thought leadership, and sales support materials. Ensure the company’s positioning and value proposition are consistently reflected across all content, campaigns, and customer experiences. Develop and execute communication plans for product launches, company initiatives, corporate announcements, and key strategic priorities. Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, sales, ecommerce, customer service, scientific, and operations teams to align messaging with organizational goals. Utilize market research, customer insights, and performance analytics to evaluate messaging effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage public relations initiatives and support media engagement opportunities that strengthen brand reputation and industry credibility. Identify opportunities to elevate the company’s thought leadership and industry presence. Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility, engage key stakeholders, and gather market intelligence. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategic communications planning. Who We Are Seeking Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related disciplines. Proven success developing and executing communications strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across both B2B and D2C environments. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence multiple audiences, including healthcare professionals, consumers, and business partners. Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging architecture, content marketing, and customer engagement principles. Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy into compelling market positioning and communication programs. Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, insights, and market research to guide decision‑making. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build strong relationships throughout the organization. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Self‑starter who is comfortable operating strategically while also executing tactically. Passion for science‑based products, innovation, and creating meaningful customer experiences. Normal office environment with regular computer use.
