This role will oversee all financial functions including cost accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership. Brands under the group sell across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic finance and detailed operational accounting in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cash management
- Own and manage month-end close, financial reporting, and forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain standard costing systems; analyze cost variances and margins
- Partner with operations to manage inventory and cost-of-goods tracking across brands
- Support pricing and profitability analysis for eCommerce and wholesale lines
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Coordinate with external partners for audits, tax filings, and banking relationships
- Provide financial insights to support CEO and executive leadership decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cost accounting in manufacturing
- Experience supporting multi-channel consumer product businesses (eCommerce, wholesale)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a lean accounting team
- Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
