The Dave Covato Agency in Indiana, Pennsylvania, is seeking a high-energy Entry-Level Insurance Representative on a fast track to leadership to drive production and scale into a training role. In this role, you will use your sales drive to close business, and champion our agency's commitment to community-focused service. Candidates must hold active Pennsylvania Property Casualty (PC) AND Life Health licenses, with 2+ years of insurance sales experience a major plus. Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to explain how our insurance products can protect their most valuable assets.
• Guide current policyholders through updates to their coverage to ensure they remain properly protected as life changes.
• Prepare accurate quotes and present options that align with the specific goals and budgets of the families we serve.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions to ensure every conversation is followed up with care.
• Participate in local community events to build awareness of our agency and grow our circle of influence.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
• Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products.
• Strong comfort level with computers and office technology.
• Polished communication skills for connecting with people over the phone and in person.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a sales environment.
