Workforce Management Analyst (Remote) (Fully Remote)

Hands-on WFM analyst role owning forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics. Supports scheduling for Patient Support Specialists, RNs, and Providers using AI tools. What You'll Do: Forecast volume, build staffing plans, and monitor queues in real time. Use LLMs and AI tools to generate, test, and validate forecasts. Build reporting on occupancy, adherence, service levels, and staffing accuracy. Who You Are: 2+ years WFM analyst experience with contact center background. Strong Excel skills and AI fluency; clear communicator. Work Location: Remote U.S.-based position; must work within the United States. Requires reliable internet, private workspace, and webcam.
