Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LVN – LTC

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Shift times: 06:45 - 15:15. Every other weekend required upon facility request.

Contract length of 13 weeks.

Active NY State License (no license hits allowed). Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required. Current BLS certification required.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies. Supervise CNAs on assigned units.
