Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Must not be a PTA candidate. Candidates who are first-time travelers may be considered. New graduates will not be accepted.
• Experience managing productivity expectations equivalent to ~60 visits per week and double-booking follow-up visits is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic patient populations.
• Ability to manage schedules averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Prior experience working in outpatient clinic workflows and productivity targets.

Assignment Details

• Shift name: Days.
• Guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week; clinicians will typically see 12-14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• OT overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.
• Option for assignment within this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
• Float to other clinics is not required.
