Salesforce Developer PositionLocation: Stamford, CT - hybrid onsiteRequired Skills & QualificationsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W27 years of Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom integrations).Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.Proficient in CI/CD processes, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX.Salesforce Developer Certifications (minimum of Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II or other relevant certs preferred).Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience mentoring junior developers.Familiarity with optimizing system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.Strong documentation skills for solutions and system configurations.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal development practices.Company Benefits & CultureSupportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
