In this role, you will enhance services provided to clients through observation, participation, and supervised involvement in treatment programming. You will assist with client support activities, contribute to identifying client strengths and needs, participate in educational and recreational programming, and gain hands-on experience through job shadowing and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
