About The Company: Our client is seeking a SF Email Designer to support customer engagement initiatives across email, SMS, and social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to execute data-driven marketing campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to the growth and optimization of digital communication programs. Job Description: The SF Email Designer will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives. This position plays a key role in audience segmentation, marketing automation, campaign testing, analytics, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels, leveraging marketing technology platforms, and using data to improve campaign results. Key Responsibilities: Execute email, SMS, and social media campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and business growth. Maintain and manage an integrated campaign calendar, ensuring marketing initiatives are launched on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities. Build and optimize automated customer journeys that deliver relevant communications based on customer activity and engagement. Develop channel standards, reusable templates, and best practices to improve consistency, usability, and mobile responsiveness. Design and manage testing initiatives to evaluate messaging, timing, content, and audience strategies. Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall channel effectiveness. Create and maintain reporting dashboards that track channel performance and highlight key trends and opportunities. Monitor deliverability metrics and implement best practices to maximize message placement and audience reach. Support subscriber growth initiatives while maintaining audience quality and data integrity. Develop targeted audience segments using customer attributes, behavioral insights, and engagement history. Document campaign processes, procedures, and operational standards to support consistency and scalability. Ensure marketing communications adhere to applicable privacy, communication, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing email, SMS, and social media marketing programs. Experience using marketing automation and campaign management platforms. Strong understanding of customer journey development, segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies. Proven ability to improve campaign performance through data analysis and optimization strategies. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of HTML and SQL in support of digital marketing initiatives. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while also working independently. Additional Details: Knowledge of enterprise marketing platforms, customer engagement tools, and channel management systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, engagement scoring, and audience management strategies is a plus. Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Workfront, or similar solutions is beneficial. Relevant marketing or platform certifications are considered a plus.
