Multimedia Designer

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree \n- Design experience at a top studio or in house department \n- Demonstrated proficiency on Macintosh with Adobe Create Suite\n-Proficiency in video editing software such as Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or Avid. \n- Proficiency in video motion graphic software such as Apple Motion or Adobe After Effects. \n-Knowledge of photography, motion graphics and video production.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Leadership experience, overseeing and mentoring other designers\n- Prior work in financial services field

Job Description

Working within the Graphic Design section of Marketing this position will leverage our brand standards to produce \nexceptional creative assets. You will collaborate at times with other creative teams, internal marketing coordinators and \ndigital teams. Applying strategic thinking to deliver best in class creative across all communication channels including \nsocial media, print, Salesforce emails, slide design, video and web that focus on our military client lifecycle, Advisor \ntraining and business and internal messaging. The ability to conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user \nfriendliness to complex design problems is key to success. Must be confident working from concept to final production. \nResponsibilities \n• Assist in all stages of the creative process from concept development through release and/or launch. This \nincludes layout design and revision, asset management and final page file approval. \n• Collaborate and consult with other designers, writers, project managers, and the digital team. \n• Ability to work in an agile environment while collaborating with all levels of staff (including executive management) \n• Participate with senior creative team to develop and evolve a long-term creative/copy strategy for the brand. \n• Develop innovative graphic design that positions our company and brand in the most effective way possible. \n• Ideate and brainstorm concepts that reflect strategic business goals. \n• Create quality design mock-ups and prototypes. \n• Design and help build imagery and motion graphics for dynamic web pages in conjunction with our digital team. \n• Design and build Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails. \n• Create effective slide presentation design and layout. \n• Represents Creative Director as right-hand design leader. \n• Help oversee the production and completion of all creative projects on time and within budget constraints.
