Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a full time Maintenance associate. Primarily your schedule will be Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasionally you will assist with phone coverage on weekends if the Maintenance Director is on vacation. Weekends and holidays are off. Compensation Base pay range will be determined by your skills and experience. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas. Perform scheduled or assigned general maintenance projects. Coordinate with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other jurisdictions governing the community. Protect environment and ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. Qualifications Maintenance Technician experience with HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Ability to handle both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Excellent communication skills with residents, community directors, and local authorities.
