Project Coordinator/Scheduler

Job Description

Collaborates with senior scheduling leadership to develop and maintain preconstruction, and construction-phase schedules. Works closely with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate, current, and aligned with project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain project schedules by entering or importing activity logic, sequencing, and durations
Apply activity codes and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) classifications to support reporting and analysis
Generate and distribute scheduling deliverables
Compile schedule performance data and develop spreadsheets or databases to analyze trends and visualize progress
Perform regular schedule updates by incorporating field progress and input from project stakeholders
Analyze as-built schedules to extract historical data and performance benchmarks
