Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

EBS is looking for an addition to the current Project Management department on all aspects of this division. This position is the perfect opportunity for a professional that is interested in the business at an entry level position with so much room for growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks to contribute to the daily organization and communication of multiple construction projects at hand. This role will work hand in hand with Project Managers, Superintendents, Safety Coordinators and the Estimating Department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in:

• Distributing and maintaining requests for information (RFI’s)
• Distributing and maintaining project submittals
• Distributing and maintaining project schedules
• Distributing and maintaining subcontracts and their supporting documents
• Distributing change orders/change order requests
• Developing cost reports
• Setting up project meetings
• Maintaining and distributing meeting minutes
• Maintaining and tracking subcontractor’s qualifications
• Formulating and issuing contracts to subcontractor’s and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be detail oriented and well organized

• Construction Management degree or similar preferred but not required
