Experience Required 1-2 years Minimum Education Required High School Graduate Expected Start Date 11/02/2026 Compensation $20.00 - $24.00 / hourly Hours Per Week 40 Number Of Positions 1 Shift 8am to 4 pm Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role in an industrial environment. You’ll handle phones, walk-in customers, billing, receivables, purchasing, email correspondence and day-to-day clerical work. Light office cleaning and restocking are part of keeping things successful. What you’ll do Answer phones and greet customers in person with a professional, helpful attitude Handle clerical tasks, filing, and email correspondence Process accounts billing and accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and purchasing using QuickBooks Help keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable (light cleaning and restocking) Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: Paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week paid sick time, medical, dental and vision all after a 60-day probation period Who we’re looking for Reliable, organized, and comfortable talking with customers Able to juggle phones, paperwork, billing and invoicing without dropping details Proficient with computers (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office / email) Willing to help with whatever is needed that day Prior office, customer service, or bookkeeping experience is a plus—not required if you’re sharp and willing to learn.
