HBO Intake Specialist

Functie HBO Intake Deze opdracht in (Zuid-Holland) richt zich op het uitvoeren van intakegesprekken, waarbij je als eerste aanspreekpunt cliënten of klanten ontvangt en hun situatie en hulpvraag zorgvuldig in kaart brengt. Je voert gestructureerde gesprekken, luistert actief en stelt de juiste vragen om snel de kern te begrijpen. Op basis daarvan maak je een inschatting van de urgentie en bepaal je de juiste vervolgstappen of doorverwijzing. Je legt alle informatie duidelijk en zorgvuldig vast en gaat professioneel om met vertrouwelijke gegevens. Hiervoor zijn sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen, relevante werkervaring en een professionele, objectieve houding vereist. De opdracht vraagt om iemand die besluitvaardig is en goed kan schakelen tussen verschillende situaties. De opdracht loopt tot en met 20 mei en je bent bij voorkeur per direct beschikbaar voor 16 uur per week, of anders vanaf volgende week woensdag.
