Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families discover the community and care options that best fit their needs. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you’ll build trust through thoughtful conversations, assess prospective residents’ goals, and explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. You’ll manage inquiries and follow up with leads, conduct community tours and presentations, maintain accurate prospect records, and collaborate with colleagues to support a smooth transition into the community. Bring a compassionate, respectful approach, strong communication skills, and consultative sales experience.
