Independent Living Coordinator Position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Location: Huntingdon County, PA (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00$19.00 per hour, based on education and experience About Your Role: Clarvida is seeking an Independent Living Coordinator to support youth and families involved with Huntingdon County Children & Youth Services. In this role, you will work directly with children, adolescents, and families to promote independent living skills, goal attainment, and successful transitions into adulthood. This is a community-based position that requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, documentation accuracy, and the ability to coordinate services while advocating for youth needs and development. Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain ongoing contact with youth referred through Huntingdon County Children & Youth Services Conduct approved assessments and assist youth in developing Independent Living Goal Plans within the first month of service Complete quarterly reviews of Independent Living Plans with participating youth Schedule, plan, and facilitate group activities based on youth needs and availability Collaborate with families, county agencies, and community partners to support service goals Provide guidance, support, and resource coordination to youth and families Prepare and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including case notes Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and program requirements Attend meetings, case reviews, and court proceedings as needed Provide professional court testimony when required Perks of This Role: Schedule is typically 8am to 4:30pm, M-F (is dependent on the families' needs) Competitive pay rate! $18.00 to $19.00 per hour based on education and experience Quarterly Productivity Bonus of $250 for meeting productivity requirements Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field with a minimum of 12 credits in a Human Services related course; i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling etc. Or Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience working with children, youth, and families A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license with good driving record What We Offer: Full Time Employees: Paid vacation days that increase with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over each year Up to 10 Paid holidays* Medical, Dental, Vision benefit plan options DailyPay- Access to your daily earnings without waiting for payday* Training, Development and Continuing Education Credits for licensure requirements All Employees: 401K Free licensure supervision Pet Insurance Employee Assistance program Perks @Clarvida - national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment Mileage reimbursement Cellphone stipend
