Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe are Techmer PM — the world's foremost materials design firm, creating custom polymers that make up essential products. Through our long-standing partnerships with processors, original equipment manufacturers, and product designers, we've worked for decades to tackle manufacturing and business challenges through sustainable, future-minded solutions.We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday. You are 100% vested from Day 1 of contributionCompany paid disability and life insurance10 vacation days per year (pro-rated your first year)10 company-paid holidays2 weeks of parental leaveTuition ReimbursementAnnual salary reviews and bonus opportunitiesJob Purpose:Perform day-to-day facility maintenance duties as necessary to provide world class equipment reliability in a safe and cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot HVAC systems throughout the facilityMinor HVAC RepairsMonitor and maintain the dust collection systemAssist in building upkeep and maintenanceInstall and removal of equipmentSupport for any safety needs for the facilityMinor equipment maintenanceMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GEDExperience with facility maintenanceKnowledge/ Skills/Abilities:8 years of facility maintenance experienceAbility to learn functionality of plant maintenanceKnowledge in electrical, pipe fitting, and HVACStrong problem-solving skillsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
