Regional Sales Support Supervisor

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Regional Sales Support Supervisor in Englewood, Colorado to oversee order-to-cash processes, manage product allocation across sales agencies, and lead operational support activities. The role combines administrative oversight with team leadership to ensure efficient sales support execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales order processing and billing activities throughout the order-to-cash process
• Oversee product allocation to support case volumes across sales agencies and facilities
• Lead daily operations of the sales support team, including training, onboarding, and performance management
• Monitor inventory utilization, asset allocations, and loaner status to optimize agency resources
• Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators, inventory, and asset utilization metrics

Requirements

• 3-5+ years sales support experience in customer support, billing, or inventory management
• 2+ years supervisory or managerial experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent education and experience acceptable
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Medical device company experience preferred; SAP/ERP system experience preferred
