Electrical SuperintendentOwen Electric is a well-established and fast-growing electrical contractor specializing in new construction projects. Our work spans across commercial, multifamily, educational facilities, federal buildings, data centers, light industrial, and medium-sized medical projects. Known for delivering complex projects on time and on budget, we're seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to join our growing team and lead field operations from the ground up. Position Overview: As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role on large construction sites, managing all aspects of field electrical operations. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractorsCoordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materialsEnsure all electrical work complies with NEC, safety regulations, and local codesWork closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issuesProvide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look-ahead schedulesMonitor quality control and perform regular site inspectionsTrain and mentor journeymen and apprentices to support workforce developmentQualifications:5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale new construction projectsExtensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standardsProven track record managing field crews on commercial, multifamily, school, or federal projectsStrong communication and leadership skillsOSHA 30 Certification RequiredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageCompany vehicle anHealth, dental, vision, and 401(k)Opportunities for growth and advancementA respected team environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming projectsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.).Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Owen Electric Is An Equal Employment Opportunity Employer#OEC
