Responsibilities

- Lead AI adoption initiatives across the organization to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Continuously evaluate and optimize resource allocation to maximize portfolio value
Requirements
- Strategic experience developing and implementing omnichannel customer engagement approaches
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
- Proficiency in digital content strategy and channel optimization
- Experience with or knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in business
- Strong analytical skills for resource allocation and portfolio value assessment
Compensation: $114,520 - $138,772 base
