Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing financial performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and overall business performance.
- Oversee P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and sales.
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
- Implement operational initiatives and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Conduct team meetings, monitor performance, and support employee development.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and achieve business goals.
