Bilingual Legal Assistant

Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate Bilingual Legal Assistant to support our attorney with client intake, case preparation, and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people navigate stressful legal situations and wants to grow within a fast-paced immigration and family law practice. Responsibilities: Greet and communicate with clients in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Manage client intake, scheduling, and case file organization Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence Track filing deadlines and court/hearing dates Assist with document translation and interpretation during client meetings Handle phone calls, emails, and general office administration Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information Immigration, family law, or PI experience a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic matter more than prior legal experience.
