Our law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to ensure smooth operations and precise calendar management. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deadlines, handling a large volume of legal files, and maintaining a strict schedule for the entire firm. Certified Paralegals preferred. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of paralegal experience, a track record of managing large caseloads, and impeccable attention to detail. What You’ll Do Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Managing cases inside a popular CRM, with strong attention to detail Coordinating e-filings and ensuring compliance with county-specific and court-specific local rules Supporting attorneys with trial preparation, evidence organization, and deadlines Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Applying working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Taking initiative and ownership over your caseload with minimal hand-holding What We’re Looking For 7+ years of Texas law paralegal experience (senior-level) TBLS Board Certified Paralegal (BCP) strongly preferred Excellent drafting, organization, and case-management skills High level of professionalism and discretion Comfortable working in a fully digital environment Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Company Description Our firm specializes in debt-related legal matters, offering knowledgeable and compassionate representation to our clients.
