Senior Paralegal | TX, OK, AZ | Insurance Defense

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while meeting monthly billing goals. Responsibilities: Handle insurance defense matters with minimal supervision Order and obtain records via subpoena (DWQ) and FOIA requests Review and analyze medical records, including preparation of medical chronologies and paid vs. incurred charts Draft pleadings, including answers and motions E‑file with Texas state and federal courts Interview clients, drivers, and witnesses Communicate effectively with courts and opposing counsel Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings Bill time accurately and consistently to meet 130+ hours per month Qualifications: Minimum 4–5 years of insurance defense experience Strong knowledge of Texas and federal court e‑filing systems Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Work Location: Remote.
